Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is Arc Beverage LLC’s policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you on our website, arcbev.com.
This policy covers arcbev.com only. Other websites we operate may have their own policies.
This policy is effective as of October 27, 2026 and was last updated on October 27, 2026.
Information We Collect
Information we collect includes both information you knowingly and actively provide us when you contact us, and information automatically sent by your device when it requests a page from our website.
Our website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools.
Log Data
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, its servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and technical details about any errors you may encounter. We use this information to run and protect the website.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.
Personal Information
We collect personal information only when you choose to contact us or apply for a job with us. It may include the following:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Anything you write in your message, including details of your project such as can sizes, quantities, the date you need them by and the location they ship to
- If you apply for a job: your resume and anything else you send with it, such as your work history, education and references
How You Contact Us
The email links on our website open a new message in your own email program. Nothing is sent to us until you send that message yourself.
If you use the inquiry form on our contact page, your browser sends what you enter directly to HubSpot, the customer relationship management service we use to receive and answer inquiries, together with the address of the page you sent it from. HubSpot also receives your IP address and browser details.
Our Can Builder and Planner
Our can builder lets you place your own label artwork on a preview can. Your artwork stays on your device: it is not uploaded to us or to anyone else. The can builder keeps the sizes and options you choose in the page address, and the can builder and can order planner pass your choices to our contact page the same way, so they can appear in our hosting provider’s logs (see Log Data).
Content From Other Providers
Our home page and our aluminum pricing page show a market price panel provided by MWTPro. Your browser loads that panel from MWTPro’s servers, and the panel loads fonts from Google, so both receive your IP address and browser details when the panel loads. Their own privacy policies apply to that information.
Legitimate Reasons for Processing Your Personal Information
We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so. In which instance, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.
Use of Information
We may collect, hold, use, and disclose information for the following purposes, and personal information will not be further processed in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes:

- to prepare quotes, and to supply the products and services you ask us for
- to consider you for current and future roles with us, if you send us a job application

If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
