Run minimums and timing

Minimums

  • In a run with more than one SKU, each SKU needs at least 4,000 US gallons.
  • A run of a single SKU needs at least 6,000 US gallons.
  • Larger runs are welcome.

Timing

New formula
120 to 180 days A formula that is not yet production-ready.
Proven formula
60 to 90 days A formula already produced at scale.

The clock starts once the quote and spec are signed and the deposit is received.

How a project runs

  1. Tell us about the drink

    Beverage type, can size, SKUs, volume per SKU and target date.

  2. Quote and spec

    We send a quote and a production spec for you to approve and sign.

  3. Deposit

    Once the quote and spec are signed and the deposit is received, the timeline starts.

  4. Production

    We fill your drink on our lines, with tunnel pasteurization if it needs it.

What is the minimum run?

In a run with more than one SKU, at least 4,000 US gallons per SKU. A single-SKU run needs at least 6,000 US gallons.

What is the project lead time?

A new formula takes 120 to 180 days; a proven formula, one already produced at scale, takes 60 to 90 days. The clock starts once the quote and spec are signed and the deposit is received.
